According to The Hollywood Reporter, the new movie “Avengers: Infinity War”, starring former WWE Champion Dave “Bautista” Batista, is projected to gross over $1 billion this weekend.
The report notes the movie will cross the $1 billion mark either tonight or on Saturday, and will set a record for the shortest amount of time it has taken a movie to get to a billion dollars, at either 11 or 12 days. The previous record was held by “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”, which joined the billion dollar club on the close of its 12th day open in theaters.
