As the market continues to soften, Bruce and Emma Heming Willis have dropped the price of their Bedford compound to a total of $9.39 million.

It’s now asking significantly less than the $12.95 million that the “Die Hard” actor listed it for in January (He originally paid $12 million for it in 2014.)

The estate, which includes four homes on 22.6 acres, has been divided into two separate parcels at 340 and 378-384 Croton Road. Although they can still be bought together, they are now listed separately.

The main house — an 8,958-square-foot manse overlooking the Croton Reservoir — is now asking $7.49 million, down from its prior price of $8.69 million.

It features five bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen with a fireplace, a wine cellar and a media room.

The second parcel has the other three homes. It is on the market for $1.89 million, down from its last ask of $1.99 million.

Altogether, the estate features two garages, a saltwater pool, a pool house and a tennis court.

Last year, Willis sold his Central Park West home for $17.75 million, then bought a One West End pad for $8 million.

According to Douglas Elliman broker Ann Cutbill Lenane, the couple recently sold their ritzy beachfront compound in Parrot Cay, Turks and Caicos — where they married in 2009 and renewed their vows to celebrate their 10-year anniversary — Gimme Shelter can exclusively reveal.

The three-home compound, which comes with a pirate ship playground, four pools and a beach front yoga pavilion, was asking an eye-popping $33 million with listing brokers Nina Siegenthaler and Joe Zahm, of Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty.

The listing brokers for the Bedford compound are Douglas Elliman’s Lenane, Nancy Strong and Stacey Oestreich.
