CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
James G. Tanguay Jr., 24, of Hall Street in Manchester on felonious use of a firearm, two counts of possession with intent to distribute, LSD and cocaine, and three counts of possession of a controlled drug, psilocin and psilocybin mushroom pieces, LSD, and cocaine, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a Ruger 9 mm handgun while possessing drugs on Nov. 13, 2022, in Hooksett.
Travis T. Tillman, 21, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord on falsifying physical evidence and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of concealing “a firearm-like object” under a mattress to impede a police investigation and attempting to induct another to “not tell anyone about the firearm” and “keep the same story as me” or words to that effect in Concord on July 9, 2022.

Shane Vannest, 33, of Basin Road in Concord on a felony felon in possession of a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles on Dec. 7, 2022, in Concord. Previously, he was convicted on a controlled drugs: acts prohibited charge in September 2015.
Derek C. Winter, 42, of Calef Road in Manchester on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Dec. 18, 2022, in Concord.

Amanda Turner, 35, of Meadow Lane in Allenstown on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining flower baskets owned by Aubuchon Hardware in Allenstown on June 25, 2022, that she knew were probably stolen after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
Frankie J. Turner, 36, of Maple Street in Center Barnstead on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising control over merchandise from the Double Decker Convenience Store in Allenstown on Nov. 5, 2022, after being convicted on theft charges twice before.
Adam L. Thompson, 45, of Rundlett Street in Concord on a possession of meth charge on Aug. 30, 2022, in Concord.
Adam J. Cordano, 40, of Tilton, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, on a possession of fentanyl charge on March 21, 2022, in Concord.
Felicia M. Rood, 29, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Nov. 10, 2022, in Hooksett.
Miles Anderson, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges, on Dec. 19, 2022, and Jan. 18, in Concord.
Samantha Azotea, 32, of Ridge Street in Goffstown on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and cocaine, charges, on Dec. 30, 2022, in Newbury.
