Hell in a Cell Change Debuting Tomorrow? WWE HOFer Needs Help

The Hell in a Cell is a beloved match type among wrestling fans and has been for decades now. The match sees a large and roofed cage placed around the ring. Plenty of memorable matches have taken place in the cell before, and the match eventually became so popular that an entire pay-per-view was created based off of the match by WWE. The Hell in a Cell event now guarantees fans that WWE will put on at least one Hell in a Cell match per year. Ever since the first Hell in a Cell match at Badd Blood 1997, the look of the cage has largely remained unchanged. The match will be returning for this year’s Hell in a Cell event, but it appears that WWE may have made at least one interesting change to the structure this year.
WWE recently took the time to upload a video showing the construction of the Hell in a Cell structure. The video is a full live stream showing the process from the beginning all the way to completion, and a big change has been made to the cage. The most noticeable change is that the structure has been painted red. There is no word on why WWE decided to change the color of the cage or if any other changes will be introduced within the next few hours, but fans will be able to see the new cage during the Hell in a Cell event tomorrow on the WWE Network. Hell in a Cell this year will feature two matches with the titular stipulation: Braun Strowman vs. Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship, and Randy Orton vs. Jeff Hardy.

Old school wrestling fans are familiar with the career of “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff. Orndorff has competed in promotion such as WWE, WCW, and several other promotions over the years. He is largely retired from the ring these days and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2005. Unfortunately, Orndorff is now in need of $10,000 in order to pay off property taxes or else he will be evicted from his home. A GoFundMe page has been set up by the legendary wrestler which encourages fans to donate and help Orndorff reach his goal by October 1st.
