After a wild back-and-forth with the Inner Circle’s Sammy Guevara, Omega picked up the victory after connecting with a flush V-trigger and his signature One-Winged Angel finisher. This was Omega’s third successful defense of the lucha-libre promotion’s top belt, and his second defense on AEW television. (The first being over Jack Evans on AEW Dark.)
