After their newest venture of delivering organic vegetables to Mumbaikars, they could soon be seen dispatching couriers and parcels in addition to the current job of delivering tiffins in the city. The spokesperson of Mumbai Dabbawala Association Subhash Talekar said, they are about to finalise the new project the new project to deliver parcels within the city. This will open up new avenues for the people as well as the delivery service. “It will take about two weeks to lock the project down, as we are working out some details amongst the members. The rates are yet to be decided.” Talekar told us.
