Roman Reigns Sends Buddy Murphy Message After This Week's SmackDown LIVE

After Tuesday night’s episode of WWE SmackDown LIVE went off the air, Roman Reigns took to social media to post a message regarding Buddy Murphy.

Reigns defeated Murphy in one-on-one action on Tuesday night’s post-SummerSlam show, wrapping up four straight nights for WWE at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The match was advertised going into the show after a challenge issued by Murphy and quickly accepted by “The Big Dog” on social media.

Tuesday night’s show featured Daniel Bryan and Rowan doing their own investigation into the recent mystery attacks that Reigns has been on the receiving end of in recent weeks on blue brand programming. The two essentially forced Murphy to admit he lied about being the man behind the attacks, and promised Reigns they will be bringing him the truth on next week’s episode of SmackDown LIVE.

Following the show, Reigns took to his official Twitter page to deliver a message to Murphy.

“Meant every word I said about [Buddy Murphy] in the ring,” wrote Reigns. “He said he wanted a fight and he got one.”

Reigns continued, “Tonight was my night, but I’m sure it won’t be the last time I’ll stand across from you. #SDLive #SecretsOut.”
