Videos: Jericho Retains IWGP I-C Title At NJPW Power Struggle, Sets Up Feud

Chris Jericho successfully defended his IWGP Intercontinental Championship at the NJPW Power Struggle event this weekend.

The longtime pro wrestling veteran, who first captured the NJPW title back in June, defeated EVIL at the show with a Codebreaker to retain it.

After the match, Jericho continued to beat up EVIL until fellow Los Ingobernables de Japon member Tetsuya Naito ran down to make the save. Jericho ended up bailing once Naito showed up, teasing a title showdown against him before heading to the back.
