Police said the juvenile was crossing Sproul Road when he was struck by the vehicle, which was driving south.
The juvenile was taken to Lankenau Medical Center.
The boy’s father, in a public post shared on social media, said his son suffered serious head trauma, broken bones, cuts, and is on a breathing tube.
