Congrats to Audrey Gelman, co-founder and CEO of the popular women’s co-working space The Wing — and husband Ilan Zechory, co-founder of lyrics annotation startup Genius — on their purchase of a $3.2 million Ditmas Park home.

The 4,917-square-foot Colonial Revival property, at 685 E. 18th St., was built in 1907.

It features six bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bathroom.

Some rare touches for a home in New York City: a wraparound porch and a magnolia tree.

There’s also Tiffany-style stained glass, a formal dining room with coffered ceilings, a butler’s pantry and a large eat-in kitchen.

Back outside, there’s a garden and a two-car garage. The listing broker is Laura Rozos, of Compass, who declined comment.
