Darren Walker, president of the philanthropic Ford Foundation, is about to list his NoMad apartment for $4.2 million.
The home is on the 12th floor of 15 E. 26th St., known as Fifteen Madison Square North.
The 2,000-square-foot space comes with three bedrooms and 3½ baths.
It was customized to showcase art and features oversize windows and 11-foot ceilings.
There’s also a large dining area with custom built-ins and a chef’s kitchen.
Amenities include a roof deck, a two-story gym, a children’s playroom and a concierge.
Walker has made Time’s annual list of the 100 Most Influential People in the World, Rolling Stone’s 25 People Shaping the Future, Fast Company’s 50 Most Innovative People and Out magazine’s Power 50.
The listing broker is Alexa Lambert, of Compass.
