Japan Is Forcing Its Transgenders To Undergo Sterilization Before Transition & It’s Appalling

It’s a shame we have to report what is happening to the transgenders around the world. They are boycotted, dismissed, embarrassed and shunned over and over, for no reason at all.

Anyhow, the new in line for practising forced tyranny on its people is Japan. The Japanese Government is being quite unruly these days and asking all the transgender people to undergo sterilisation to legally change their gender.

As a result, all the people who are going under a legal sex change must appear to a family court under legislation entitled Law 111.

When the last was initially introduced back in 2003, it came with an agenda to help and uplift the transgender community in Japan, but somehow it is forcing a series of restrictions on those seeking legal recognition.

The law further demands all transgenders to remain single, not have kids under the age of 20, undergo a psychiatric diagnosis and be sterilised.  

“Forcing people to undergo unwanted surgeries to obtain documentation is contrary both to Japan’s human rights obligations and its reputation as a champion of LGBT rights,” Human Rights Watch said in a statement.

The issue was highlighted when a 43-year-old man who was born a female wanted to change his sex while retaining the ability to have children.

It’s 2018, we’re talking about flying cars and hyperloops and yet, our minds are stuck in a small shallow hole, we’re unable to climb out of. How can we ever claim to be truly human and civilized when we cannot even accept people for who they are?
