While Triple H took a moment to bask in his victory, the win was bitter sweet, as the Brothers of Destruction cut their celebration short, nailing The Game with a post-match Tombstone PIledriver, before chokeslamming 53-year-old Michaels through the commentary table.
On Raw, before a red hot Chicago crowd, HBK claimed that he had stayed retired for the last eight years out of respect for the Undertaker, but now realizes that the mutual respect they once had for each other no longer exists. Therefor, he has just three words for the Brothers of Destruction… ARE YOU READY?
The two best friends then ripped off their shirts to reveal a set of brand new Degeneration X threads, and officially challenged Undertaker and Kane to a match at the upcoming WWE Crown Jewel pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia. If the challenge is accepted, the Heart Break Kid will return to the wrestling ring for the first time since WrestleMania 26.
