EVOLVE Champion Austin Theory Debuts at NXT Live Event (Photos)

EVOLVE Champion Austin Theory made his WWE in-ring debut this Friday night at the NXT Live event in Daytona, Florida.

With so many talents in town from Wednesday’s big USA debut, including WALTER and his Imperium faction, it was an all-hands-on-deck show despite being one of the smaller Florida circuit venues. Theory faced the super heavyweight Australian known as Bronson Reed (fka Jonah Rock) in a losing effort.

The 22-year-old sensation signed with WWE just last month, appearing in the crowd at NXT Takeover: Toronto. He will be in action this Friday night at EVOLVE 135 in Brooklyn, taking on Babatunde, and on Saturday night at EVOLVE 136 in Queens, defending the EVOVLE Championship against Josh Briggs.
