Engaged celebs Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have officially sold their aerie at the glitzy 432 Park Ave. tower in Midtown Manhattan — and the buyer got a discount, to boot.
The 4,003-square-foot spread sold to BBH Ventures LLC for $15.75 million, according to records filed Monday with the city.
The unit was asking $17.5 million, meaning the buyer got $1.75 million off the asking price.
But Lopez and Rodriguez nabbed the apartment for $15.31 million in 2018, meaning a $440,000 profit for them (which does get whittled down after legal, transaction and broker fees).
The Post reported last week that the unit had gone into contract. At 1,396 feet with 96 floors, 432 Park is the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere. The couple’s former unit was on the 36th floor.
Lopez and Rodriguez had owned the three-bedroom condo for less than a year when they listed it in January. A source told Page Six that the two wanted a bigger spread for their four combined kids.
“They love the building, but when their kids are all together, it’s too small,” the source said. “They need something bigger for the family.”

The new owner now has a corner living and dining room with north and east exposures. The custom eat-in kitchen has an island, marble floors and counters, and Miele appliances. The master suite alone has two bathrooms with marble floors and walls, marble vanities with oval sinks and custom cabinets.
Building amenities include a private restaurant, a fitness center, a screening room and a conference room.
Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group had the listing.
