John Tomic is planning to take legal action against Australian Davis Cup Team Captain Lleyton Hewitt for allegedly traumatizing his son Bernard in 2010. World No. 88 Tomic launched an astonishing broadside at Hewitt earlier this week, saying that nobody likes him anymore and accused him of conflict of interest.

16 and a half or 17. How can you come in the room and threaten him and say you wont play Davis Cup and say you wont be close to me if you dont tell me who from Tennis Australia is telling you what to say? Tomic is planning to sue Hewitt next week and is confident that they will win the case.
We will prove that Bernard has trauma from 2010 when Bernard was the youngest player in Davis Cup for Australia, Tomic snr. said. They will try to protect him but we will find the truth in the court.
