Fotis Dulos, 51, has been locked for years in a messy divorce and custody battle with wife Jennifer Dulos, who went missing in New Canaan and has not been heard from since Friday.

Jennifer has claimed in court papers that Fotis has been jet-setting to Europe with his live-in girlfriend while telling sob stories about how he couldn’t afford child support, medical insurance for his kids, or a divorce lawyer.

A June 18 motion filed by Jennifer charges that Fotis was “hiding, concealing and voluntarily manipulating his income” so he could skirt alimony and child support while letting his girlfriend, Michelle Traconis, and her daughter crash at his Connecticut house.

When Jennifer served him with divorce papers on June 20, 2017, Fotis was ordered to “maintain existing” family medical coverage.

But by November of that year, Jennifer complained in a court filing that the family’s health insurance lapsed “due to defendant’s [Fotis’] failure to pay” and that she was “unable to take the children to certain medical appointments” — to which Fotis allegedly replied she should “pay out of pocket.”

Fotis claimed his construction company was losing so much money that he couldn’t afford a divorce lawyer, the papers state.

But being hard up apparently didn’t stop him from living it up.

“As recently as June and July 2018, the defendant and his paramour have vacationed in Greece and Spain for an extended period of time,” Jennifer claimed in court papers filed last July.

Meanwhile, the dad filed a legal motion on Tuesday — four days after Jennifer’s disappearance — asking a judge to grant him custody.

Despite being turned away from the Museum Mile apartment at Fifth Avenue and 79th Street where his mother-in-law has been safeguarding the five kids, he and Jennifer legally share custody, court papers reveal.

Jennifer Dulos family vows to bring missing Connecticut mom home

The family of missing Connecticut mom Jennifer Dulos says her…

The kids live with Jennifer on weekdays, according to a November 2017 court stipulation. But one provision could allow Fotis to take them now that the mom is out of the picture.

“If either parent will not be with the minor children for an overnight during his or her parenting, the other parent shall have the option of having that overnight with the children,” the stipulation reads.

A black 2017 Chevy Suburban believed to belong to Jennifer was found abandoned near Waveny Park in New Canaan, about a half-mile from the house where she has been living.

Fotis, who has not been charged or named as a suspect in Jennifer’s disappearance, could not be reached for comment.

His lawyer did not return calls.
