Following the eight WWE roster cuts that were made last Friday, there are starting to be whispers of additional releases coming in the near future.
Since the eight WWE talents were released last Friday, WWE has also cut Steve “The Brooklyn Brawler” Lombardi, terminated the performer contract of Christian and “indefinitely suspended” Adam Rose following his arrest.
According to a new PWInsider.com report, more WWE roster cuts are expected to be made after next Sunday’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view event.
It’s said that much like the release of Damien Sandow, the cuts that are expected to be made after next Sunday’s PPV will simply be made to make room on the active talent roster. Vince McMahon noted during the recent WWE earnings call that the company will have their largest talent roster ever in the next month or so.
