Signs Point To Possible Release Of Controversial WWE NXT Star

Lio Rush no longer has any references to WWE NXT on his Twitter account, and has changed his listed hometown from Orlando, near the WWE Performance Center, to Baltimore.
By changing his social media presence in that way, Rush is fueling speculation he could be released by WWE soon. There’s still heat on Rush over the ill-timed joke he made about Emma’s release from the company shortly after her loss to Asuka.
The last date that Rush was booked on for WWE was on the day before he made the joke. He hasn’t appeared at any live events and he was not used at Wednesday night’s NXT tapings.

If he has been released, then it could just be a matter of time before WWE makes the announcement. In the meantime, Rush sent out the following tweets:
