Tiebreak for Belchatow in Kedzierzyn

In the match of the 13th Plusliga round second Kedzierzyn met first Belchatow, the score 3:2 for the Polish Champion. Olsztyn lost at home with Warszawa, the last team of Plusliga ranking.

Match between Kedzierzyn and Belchatow has deserved to be called a blockbuster of the 13th Plusliga round. After winning the first two sets, few people believed that the home team will recover. However Kedzierzyn fight well and balanced the game, but the tiebreak was again in the hands of Belchatow.

Guests from the Rzeszow took revenge for th defeat int the Polish Cup final. With these important 3 points Rzesow took 4th place in Plusliga, Jastrzebie is now on the fifth place. "My Volleyball players are not machines and it is impossible to have maintained the highest level throughout the season. We need to focus, to return to the high form, especially those players with physical problems", said head coach of Jastrezbski Roberto Santilli.

At the beginning of the first set Domex made some mistakes. Jadar was leading 8:5, but Domex soon began to dictate the game. Czestochowa  won easy the first two sets. Their game was without weak elements. In the third set Jadar fight well, Czestochowa had to enhance their effort to win the game.

AZS UWM Olsztyn – AZS Politechnika Warszawską 0:3 (15:25, 24:26, 20:25) MVP Rafal Buszek.
Politechnika occupied the last place in the table. On Saturday night in the "Urania hall" the host team gave the impression of the team that knows more, their showed a lot of will to fight and league experience. "I was waiting for this game for a long time. Finally, we were able to transform the approach from the practise into the match. Guys played well in each element, starting with the great serve, which was the key to victory, through the block and defense", said after the match coach of Warszawa Radoslaw Panas.
