Saddlehill Winery, located on Stafford Farm, will open April 10 for tastings, tours and more.

In 2004, the Stafford family sold the 140-acre farm to Voorhees Township, the state and a nonprofit. Under the agreement, the land was designated as a preserved agricultural space, which prevented the property from being bought for commercial development.
A few years ago, Bill and Amy Green purchased a long-vacant, 70-acre portion of the farm, with plans to bring back its agricultural foundation.
