WWE has confirmed that WWE 205 Live will be returning to its original Tuesday night slot as of this week, taking place after SmackDown Live once again.
The show will air on the WWE Network at 10 PM EST immediately after SmackDown Live instead of on Wednesday nights as it has been for several months.
When the company brought back the Mixed Match Challenge in Autumn, it was 205 Live that was moved in order for that show to be aired live on Facebook Watch. Even when the show finished, WWE decided to keep it alongside NXT and NXT UK as a triple header on a Wednesday evening, but this week that will change.
The first episode on the Tuesday time slot is set to be a big one as well, with Buddy Murphy set to issue an open challenge to anyone under the 205 weight limit, which has led to speculation that a new roster member could be debuting, something Drake Maverick has teased.
