Boss Cannot Be Held Guilty For The Suicide Of ‘Overburdened’ Junior, Rules Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has acquitted a senior Maharashtra Education Department officer who was charged with abetment after a junior colleague of his committed suicide.

Kishor Parashar, who served as a clerk in the department in Aurangabad had committed suicide in August 2017, allegedly due to overburden, stoppage of increment and humiliating treatment in the office.
