Former WWE Main Roster Star Comments On Making NXT U.K. Debut (Spoiler)

As noted, at night two of the NXT U.K. television tapings in Glasgow, Scotland on Saturday, former NXT and WWE Superstar Alexander Wolfe made his debut with the promotion.

Wolfe, a former member of the SAnitY faction with Eric Young, Killain Dain and Nikki Cross, ran-in during the six-man tag-team main event between Imperium (WALTER, Fabian Aichner & Marcel Barthel) and British Strong Style (Pete Dunne, Tyler Bate & Trent Seven), attacking Bate and helping give Imperium the win.

Prior to the taping, the belief was Wolfe had parted ways with WWE after he posted a cryptic tweet saying “Goodbye” to WWE after SAnitY was broken up in the 2019 WWE Superstar Shake-up. After the taping, he took to social media once again to reflect back and explain his aforementioned “Goodbye to WWE” tweet.

“I never said I’ll leave this company,” wrote Wolfe via his official Twitter page this weekend. “I said goodbye the [WWE — RAW and SmackDown Live] because I am now a part of [NXT UK].”

Wolfe, who joined the Imperium group at the NXT U.K. Glasgow taping (Videos & Photos Here) on Saturday, concluded, “I may have lost my [SAnitY] but I found back my [Imperium]. The mat is sacred.”
