Kylian Mbappé and Achraf Hakimi return to PSG training

The holidays are now over for Kylian Mbappé and Achraf Hakimi. The PSG duo were given a week’s rest at the start of the new year, following their return from the World Cup. The striker and the right-back spent their days away in New York, where they attended an NBA game between the Brooklyn Nets and the San Antonio Spurs, and in Morocco before coming back to the French capital. As intended, Mbappé and Hakimi are back at the Camp des Loges training ground this Thursday.

While the pair was away, Les Parisiens qualified for the last 32 of the French Cup by beating Châteauroux and inflicted, this Wednesday, a tenth straight Ligue 1 defeat to bottom-placed Angers (2-0). Both Mbappé and Hakimi are expected to feature at the Roazhon Park this Sunday evening for PSG as they travel away at Stade Rennais for matchday 19 of the Ligue 1 season.
