There’s been some very public, very loud drama within the Knight family over the past few years, specifically when it came to Paige’s previous relationship/engagement to former WWE Superstar Alberto Patron. In fact, just last year her brother Roy Knight released an open letter claiming that she had been physically and mentally abused and was worried that she would end up like Whitney Houston or Amy Winehouse.
Thankfully, it looks like at least two members of the family have reconciled, as Paige recently had dinner with Roy who claimed she was “the happiest I’ve seen her in years”. He even thanked WWE, as they’ve been incredibly supportive in recent months following her in-ring retirement, setting her up with the job as Smackdown Live General Manager and allowing her to take time off to spend with family, as we reported earlier this week.
