UPPER MORELAND, PA — A recent string of strong arm robberies have occurred in Montgomery County, police said in an alert issued to the community Thursday.
At least two incidents involving “a weapon or force” occurred this week in Upper Moreland Township, police said. They did not provide details, as they said the investigation is active.
“We ask that our residents take precautionary steps to avoid being a victim of similar crimes,” police said. “Pay attention to your surroundings. Avoid walking and texting. Call 9-1-1 if something or someone seems suspicious. Trust your instincts.”
