WWE Announces Location of 2019 Survivor Series PPV

— According to a Chicago Tribune article, WWE will bringing next year’s Survivor Series to the Chicago area – holding the event in 2019 at the Allstate Arena, which is technically located in neighboring Rosemont. The event will be held on November 24, with NXT, Raw and Smackdown to run between the 22nd-25th. The last time WWE brought Survivor Series to Chicago was way back in 1989.

“WWE is so proud of our relationship with our fans in Chicago,” said John Saboor, the WWE Executive Vice President of Special Events, “Allstate Arena, going back to when it was known as Rosemont Horizon, has been such an important partner of WWE, dating back to the ’80s.”

“Chicago consistently has an electric atmosphere and audience. It’s really something,” he said. “Our superstars, with great frequency, mention that Allstate is one of their very favorite venues in the country to compete.”
